| Abstract: | In February of 1989 the latest version of FRG law against barriers to competition was enacted. The author analyses the law and elaborates on certain problems of market power as e. g. the relationship of free market and democracy, the advantages and drawbacks of free market, the delineation (in court cases) of individual markets etc. |
