Abstract:Personnel managers realize that benefits serve as an employee reward and create a sense of ongoing employer appreciation. Benefits, however, do not just serve the employee but also help management. Positive feelings created by good benefits translates into hard workers who are willing to put out extra effort. Supervisors benefit from a low turnover, and stable, hard-working employees. A credit union is one benefit more companies are beginning to take advantage of because it does not cost a dime and requires minimal research.
