Abstract:A study was undertaken in the particular case of requirements of advertising agencies in the four areas of largest entry-level employment opportunity: account service, media, creative writing and market research. Recruiter and teacher assessments were measured on 77 qualities. The findings can provide useful guidance to the teachers of advertising who want to prepare their students for encounters with the recruiters in advertising agencies.
