| Abstract: | The quit of specialised workforce is a standing problem of firms. Sometimes they try to fight this problem by offering higher wages, but this is not always productive. Competitors often seduce one-another's workers. This is illegal if (but only if) the intent was to do harm to the competitor. Illegal is seduction of the competitor's workforce if it entails the break of a confidential relationship. |
