| Abstract: | There is a hard competition in the field of telecommunications equipment and services which forces also France Telecom to concentrate on its role in the French network. First of all the rules for operators should be clarified and the necessary infrastructure should be provided. There are opportunities also for joint ventures with other European countries. |
