| Abstract: | Programmes of ITV companies were strongly criticized by managing director of TV-am. He told that these stations neglected the demands of the audience and produced programmes for each other resulting in a dramatic reduction of ratings. At the same time TV-am takes into consideration what viewers want to see when compiling programmes. |
