| Abstract: | Negotiations are going on between Warner Communications and Lorimar-Telepictures. Lorimar is a huge company dealing with film, video and television but fighting with financial problems they are forced to sell the enterprise. The price is not decided yet. If the deal will be realized Warner Communications will be the largest producer of programmes to ABC, NBC and CBS. |
