| Abstract: | Once the proposed satellite deregulation is approved by parliament, W.Germany will urge American business to consider the German telecom market. German officials promised to give right to anybody to establish a satellite system in low bit rates in W.Germany.Though Americans are encouraged, they will be satisfied if more American firms are allowed to enter the W.German market. |
