| Abstract: | BSB plans to apply for U.K.'s allocation of two additional direct broadcast channels. IBA could allocate them in June 1989. BSB wants to make DBS a more attractive prospect in competition with Astra, Channel 3 and new Channel 5.BSB is to launch its second satellite in 199o. |
