| Abstract: | WARC-ORB was the Second Session of the World Administrative Radio Conference on the Use of Geostationary Satellite Orbit and the Planning of the Space Services Utilizing in Geneva.The First Session produced principles, methods, and technical parameters for planning. The Second Session was to translate these principles into a workable Allotment Plan.Most of the work was focused on fixed-satellite service, though some aspects of DBS service were also dealt with. |
