| Abstract: | The international telecommunications experts met in Washington,D.C. to discuss the likely outcome of this month's World Administrative Telegraph and Telephone Conference. It became evident that the free market forces will influence the conduct of international telecommunication practices to a greater degree than any WATTC regulation. The U.S. is in favour of lifting restrictions on private telecommunications on an international basis. |
