| Abstract: | Owing to the long awaited decision of the Dutch government, state-owned channels Nederland 1 and 3 will be allowed to increase advertising airtime from 5% to 6%, and Nederland 3 will be privatised.Broadcasters condemned the government for the delay. Advertising revenue is defecting to satellite stations outside Holland. |
