| Abstract: | Development Assistance Committee (DAC) statistics are the unique source of detailed data on the sources, volume and terms of the receipts of aid and other resources of each developing country. The figures are recorded on a balance-of-payment basis.The balance of payment conventions are also a bridge towards debt statistics prepared by the OECD and the World Bank. These data help policy-makers to understand aspects of the trade flows and trade policies. |
