| Abstract: | The Home Office announced that radio franchises should be re-advertised in the future thus establishing a competition. They would be valid for eight years. Franchisers argue that in case of satisfactory activity readvertising is not justified. They want the Radio Authority to be flexible in awarding franchises. The first contract has been already concluded. |
