| Abstract: | The debate over the second FRG law on business criminality has revealed a host of unsolved problems in regulation. The article presents the solutions of the law enacted on 1. O8. 1986, classified in four groups, namely: property damaging computer manipulations , computer and data manipulations to cheat the law, computer and data spying , computer sabotage. |
