| Abstract: | The EC commision accepted the socalled Common Carrier law which says that proprietors of electricity lines and gas pipes have to be at the disposal for a fee to third parties. They hope this instruction will improve competition in Europe's energy sector. The article investigates what consequences this system will have on the energy market of the FRG. |
