| Abstract: | Personnel of the German bank sector grew in the recent past by 1,5 % per annum. As profit fell by 0,5 %, a 0 growth of personnel should be a target for the future. The article analyses individual activity areas in order to determine future personnel needs and reveal productivity reserves. |
