| Abstract: | There are different modalities to conciliate the family life with business life. Managers, however, do not seem to be concerned. The problems, managers meet regarding this subject are found out. First, a definition of the manager is given. The manager's choice relative to the priority of professional or family life is analysed. A qualitative equilibrium, a special kind of arbitration is proposed, which increases flexibility, and provides efficiency and productivity of manager's work. The main problems and difficulties of the arbitration between professional and family life are examined. |
