Abstract:A study was conducted to examine incumbent and supervisory ratings obtained as part of a managerial training needs analysis process to test whether individual differences, dyadic, group, or departmental effects best characterize performance and skill importance ratings. Two different analytical techniques were employed: ANOVA and WABA.
