| Abstract: | Quality tactics can't be implemented successfully unless the personnel director is an active player. Five strategies are offered as a help to human resources executives to understand their role in providing quality products and services: 1. Insure the excellence of incoming raw materials and supplies; 2. Build excellence into the design of the product; 3. Identify the critical points in the manufacturing process; 4. Give great importance to the needs of your customer; 5. Make every employee a contributing member of the quality team. |
