| Abstract: | The authors describe an Organisational Behavior course for the use of practising professionals. The course first attempted to assess the skills that each employee/student needed to be more job-effective from the perspectives of both the employee and the immediate supervisor. Six weeks after the workshop the instructors and the employers evaluated the efficiency of the course. More than half of the employers reported significant improvement. |
