| Abstract: | The system used by Westdeutsche Landesbank for credit rating in case of construction projects is presented. 8 risk classes are established. Separate scores are given for the object (how its market value resp. earning capacity relates to the credit amount) and for the subject (the assessment of the applicant). A numerical example of how to use the method is given. |
