| Abstract: | The article investigates within a dynamic two-country model with sticky prices, flexible exchange rates, perfect capital mobility and rational expectations the changes in the monetary stock on real output and rate of inflation both at home and abroad. The impact abroad is different from that at home and therefore international monetary policy coordination is required. |
