| Abstract: | In this article the author answers the principal questions relevant to protection of workers' rights concerning wages and personal income arising from employment relations, methods of resolving these disputes with employers and before labour courts, and also proposes solutions to individual questions.In practice it represents the first stage of bargaining and making collective agreements both in this area and elsewhere.It represents a new approach in this area, and some new legal notions, connected with individual contract of employment and collective agreements, have been accepted.Yet there are difficulties caused by similar abstract expressions, which in legal aspect have different contents and meaning.The expressions are often not consistent and we often use old notions instead of the new ones (e. g. wage - personal income).The proceeding of the protection of rights before courts, which has not yet been changed in accordance with the new bases, represents a special problem. |
