| Abstract: | This article discusses two important issues during the transition of China's economy from an absolute planned to a new market system, i.e. should the Government interfere in product quality and quality management of the enterprise , and if so how?; should enterprises restructure their quality management mechanism, and if so how?; Answers by stating that the Government should strengthen its guidance and supervision of product quality and quality management through laws and regulations. |
