| Abstract: | The economy in Jiangsu and Zhejiang is rising just because an importance has always been attracted to Sci-tech and education. Wuxi city, for instance, invested 9.2 billion yuan in these lines in 1993 alone, among which 65 per cent was used in the transformation of enterprises' technology. The investment in education over the ten years in Wuxi country has exceeded 0.4 billion yuan. In addition, the individual private economy has contributed to the rising economy in these areas. At present, the less-developed areas may start from the individual private economy like them in economic development. In fact, it was true of all less-developed areas. |
