| Abstract: | 1.Compared with the countries with market economy in the West, it is sure that the proportion of state-operated economy in China's socialist market economy is larger. In a sense, state-operated economy would play a decisive role in economy as whole. 2.How to understand correctly the reform of system of state-owned assets. In terms of the reform of state ownership,the following main problems should be solved: i) The persons and institutions entrusted with state-owned assets should be sure to take responsibility; ii) State-owned assets should be made to flow; iii) The mechanism of active competition should be introduced in the management of state-owned assets. 3. Accelerating the process of transferring the system of state-owned enterprises. |
