Abstract:The article discusses the need to change company culture for TQM implementation to be successful. The authors present the implementation of the ISO 9001 quality management system in Computer Product Asia Pacific Ltd., Hong Kong and describe the changes in procedures and attitudes required to achieve certification. The global market in the 1990s is ever-changing. The advancements in technologies and product sophistication provide a breeding ground for a vast number of ambitious entrepreneurs.
