| Abstract: | In erecting new labour law system it is necessary to establish appropriate relation between the state provisions and collective and individual bargaining and not to yield to possible pressure for the enforcement of the concept of complete individualism.Most of the novelties and nomotechnic amendments of the new legislation on labour relations will be connected with the regulation of the contract of employment.The regulation of the rights from labour relation and the regulation of the pre-trial procedure will have take into account, that labour relation is a relation of subordination.The article deals also with some previous experiences in connection with making collective agreements and introducing tripartite social dialogue. |
