| Abstract: | The author treats mainly questions related to the status and property transformation of companies or legal entities, and especially with the effects of changes on employment.The validity of principle proceeding from the article is that employment does not terminate unless the company is closed down.The article deals with the following issues: the definition of notion, regulations, substantiality of the termination of employment as a result of reorganisation or change of ownership, the infuence of status and property transformation of legal entities on the status of employees in other legal systems.In the conclusion, the author presents some standpoints and opinions in view of the future Slovene legal regulations in this domain. |
