Abstract: | At present, in the formation of financial market in developing countries , a key problem is how to overcome the financial repression and realize deepening in finance. However in the advanced countries practicing market economy the outstanding problem in financial market is the phenomenon of "bubbles", that is, the inflated financial development for it is divorced from the actual economic base. Unfortunately when China's financial market has just taken initial shape, it has suffered from "complication" caused by the above "two diseases". To restrict the excessive speculation and the generation of "bubbles", the government should guarantee the stability of macro economy and can not maintain the boom of securities markets by increasing money supply unrestrainedly. |
