| Abstract: | Employees are often in the best position to know whether their employers are fulfilling their legal and moral obligations. Indeed, in some situations blowing the whistle on an employer may be necessary to protect both the workforce and the public. Employees who highlight concerns at work should be welcomed rather than labelled as troublemakers. |
