| Abstract: | In foreign-funded enterprises, the reform experiment of bank settlement has brought about some positive results, but , at the same time, some problems too, such as: the opening of exchange account is not smoothed yet; the basic account quota management proportion is a bit too low; risk of exchange rate is increased due to impermissible entry trade for foreign-funded ventures; the irrational exchange rate has impeded the enthusiasm of foreign businessmen in settlement and sale of foreign exchange; and, the settlement mechanism in banking exchange system needs to be improved. to this end , the suggestions are as follows: Smooth the relations for opening exchange account, properly increase the exchange account quota management rate, speed up the organizational system construction of exchange market and enforce the system of "actual rate". |
