| Abstract: | At present, the economic operation is still in the stage of steadily falling after a rise, featuring cyclical movement. Although some indicators of macro economic operation are not desirable, keeping an economic growth rate of 10% under the condition that price level falls to 7% is apparently a success. Because of export's sliding down greatly, poor state of production and marketing, rising losses and increased unemployment, the present capacity utilization is falling, which indicates that there still exist some outstanding problems in the economic operation. |
