| Abstract: | In the context of today's dynamic and volatile international economy, strategic outsourcing offers many companies more interesting and varied routes to competitiveness than ever before. However, at the heart of the decision to outsource lies an important learning dilemma. This article is a review of the growing influence that the concept of learning is having on modern strategic analysis, particularly in the area of outsourcing. The learning dilemma is examined, along with implications for company strategists. |
