| Abstract: | There are 3 big changes in economic growth setup. They are: 1. There are quite some new characteristics in the national economic growth and fluctuation. 2. New and important changes are taking place in the industrial composition and the growth setup. First, the conventional inversion of light and heavy industries has been completely put right in 20 years reform. The setup of the light industry being too light and the heavy industry being too heavy has not been existed any more. Next, the contribution rate of the tertiary industries to the economic growth has been totally different. 3. There are also some new characteristics in changes of labor employment structure and output value structure in various industrial sectors and their dependence and growth as well. |
