| Abstract: | Choices on industrial policies are as follows: change to the policy that vertically upgrade and deepen all-grade sectors and high-grade sectors substitute to low-grade sectors gradually; transfer to the new concept that the quality of sectional development should be measured on the basis of the level of production value; change to the new industrial dynamic segmentation and dynamic managing and operating pattern. In terms of monetary policies, properly control the growth scope of gross money supply and rationally arrange the structure of money supply. In terms of financial polices, the policy choices should be organically arranged in pairs and groups and in accordance with the general tendency:converse adjustment of national economy. |
