| Abstract: | 1. Industrial proportion in the national economy shall diminish. 2. The strategically regrouping in the state-owned economy shall make important progress. 3. The industries related with the upgrading of consumption structure and industrial structure shall develop more rapidly. 4. The equipment industry, on the basis of technological transformation and structural upgrading, shall be revitalized. 5. The division of the enterprises of competitive industries shall continue. 6. The scale of big enterprises shall grow greater and greater with the new specialized division of labour in relation to middle-sized and small ones. |
