| Abstract: | As far as the question of history of a company, the utility of history in the field of communication or culture is concerned, it is management technique that one refers to. Namely history is a management tool at the service of the manager in these fields enhancing the development of organizational identity or aiding to remove communication barrier. However, to date, there has been little interaction between business history and the science of management. This apparent contradiction between the interdependence of these two disciplines and their minimal interaction illustrates the enormous potential contribution that history could make to modern management. |
