| Abstract: | The present paper aims at the synthesis of the quality control literature by identifying eight critical factors of quality management. Operational measures are developed using data collected from many sources. The measures can be used separately as well as simultaneously. They are reliable and valid. The results can be used both in practice and in theory. |
