Abstract: | Now computers are commonplace in the personnel department. Computerization has become a necessity in human resources management in any organization. With dozens of functions to track, huge amounts of information to process frequently and accurately, and increasing demands for more information more quickly, personnel executives have turned to computers to help them meet their organizations' information needs. Personnel professionals are now computer literate and are deeply involved in the use and selection of computer software and hardware. |
