| Abstract: | Substantial disparities exist in the PTO performance of OECD countries, and the gap seems to be growing especially for advanced telecommunications services. A recent OECD study has tried to define a small number of performance indicators which allow for comparisons between PTOs operating in different countries. Some 25 different indicators covering tariffs quality, and efficiency are defined. |
