| Abstract: | The article gives a complete survey of possible legal steps (with reference to decree code numbers) against subsidization by member states which cause harm to economic actors of another member state. The possible cases are grouped under four headings: the committee does not approve a subsidy , the member state does not ask for approval of the committee, the committee approves the subsidy, the committee makes no statement. |
