| Abstract: | The organs of EEC and their licences. Changes of decisionmaking under the EC 1992 program. As EC progresses towards a state-like institution its decision-making structure has to be supplemented so as to resemble that of a legal state. The article presents in detail the modifications in the statute of individual EC organs in order to achieve this aim. |
