| Abstract: | The controlled management system possesses its general character of trust and proxy but with certain peculiarities as compared with the trust and proxy of private property, which reflects in great amount of agent cost. The absolute cost of agent in present system is excessive compared with that of traditional system, but it is decreasing compared with related earnings. The present reformation thinking may eliminate certain defects existing in the traditional and present controlled management systems of state-owned properties, but they can hardly be eliminated completely, moreover, some new problems may arise. |
