| Abstract: | The three inherent contradictions of property right of public ownership are: 1) the property owner is not the same active body with the managing operator; 2) labourer is/is not the owner of public properties simultaneously; 3) the mode of public ownership (whole-people ownership/ collective ownership of the means of production) coexists with the other modes of nonpublic ownership. So, share-holding system may be the effective method to resolve the aforementioned contradictions. |
