| Abstract: | The urgent matters of establishing a system of state-owned property right are as follows: to build up companies for state-owned property right management; define the duties of state-owned properties administrative organizations, and exercise their functions at posts as soon as possible; form the organic structures that will either divide up or link up the property right administration and property right management. the companies for state-owned property right management should be the main bodies of the controlling share/holding share of the government share. |
