| Abstract: | To reform traditional state-ownership system makes it become a property right which not only suits to the demand of market economy, but also process the serviceability, which is to set up the terminative proprietary rights and enterprise legal person ownership system. The new content of the management system of state-ownership is that: the first, sole-duty management organization for state-terminative ownership at government level is set up; the second, organization structure at enterprise level is rebuilt, and leading system is created. |
