| Abstract: | Xia Yulong, a famous economist, points out that social fund ownership is likely to become the third form of more vigorous public ownership, which promises a good future of development. Endowment insurance, medical insurance and housing funds alone can chalk up tens of billions of yuan once they start operation, and will reach thousands of billions of yuan. The primary function of these funds is the fulfillment of social security, the social function being a long-term subject of investment. In the case of China, this social fund ownership is a genuine social ownership under the category of public ownership. |
