| Abstract: | On the theory of Marx and Angles, there doesn't exist the distinction on the essence between the social ownership and the public ownership. Their prescriptions on the essence are the same. The public ownership and social ownership are all scientific discussion of the founders of Marxism, on the characteristic of socialist ownership.
